Come join us for the longest tradition in IBP Union! It is time for our annual general assembly and a new board of IBP Union!

The General Assembly of IBP Union is the organisation’s most important annual event, bringing together students of the International Business and Politics programme at Copenhagen Business School. Agenda:

During the assembly, members will:

  • Review the past year’s activities
  • Discuss the future direction of the union
  • Elect a new board to represent and support the IBP community

At the election, you will have the opportunity to run for the new board of IBP Union and become either:

  • President (currently Solvej Mikkelsen)
  • Vice President (currently Kristoffer Pedersen)
  • Head of Academic (currently Emil Rigstad)
  • Head of Social (currently Marie Hansen)
  • Head of Communications (currently Amanda Waller)
  • Head of Finance (currently Linea Lien)
  • MSc Lead (Stanisla Sa)

Beyond its formal role as the union’s highest decision-making body, the evening also serves as a social highlight of the year.

Held at Nexus, the event combines democratic participation with a festive atmosphere, offering students an opportunity to engage with peers, celebrate shared achievements, and strengthen their network within the programme. All while enjoying beverages sponsored by CA A-kasse.

The General Assembly is open to all current and former IBP students, who may attend, vote, or run for board positions.Application process:If you wish to run for one of the available positions, please send a motivational letter of maximum 1/2 page and a picture of yourself to ibpunion@gmail.com before 10 March. The letter should include an introduction of yourself, why you are running, and what you want to do in the position that you are running for.Election process:

During the General Assembly, each of the candidates will make a short speech as well as Q&A, after which there will be an anonymous voting process where all IBP students are entitled to vote (proxy voting is *not* allowed).
