More than income protection – you don’t lose momentum

Financial peace of mind is important. But for most people, it’s not only finances that are affected when a job is lost.
It’s also about:

  • identity: “Who am I without a title and a job?”
  • market value: “Am I still attractive in the job market?”
  • energy: “Where do I start – and what do I actually want?”

That’s why CA Income Protection is about more than just money.

If you become unemployed, you receive an outplacement programme that supports you both personally and professionally in your career journey.

For many members, our outplacement programme helps them move on quickly and avoid unnecessarily long periods without a job.

The method we use has been developed through many years of working with career transitions and coaching. The goal is simple: to give you clarity, peace of mind, and a concrete plan—so you’re not left alone with the uncertainty.

I just want CA Income Protection paid out

You might be thinking: “I just want CA Income Protection paid out.” That’s completely okay.

If you become unemployed, it’s normal to feel tired, anxious, or find it hard to see the next steps clearly. That’s why the programme doesn’t start with demands or performance expectations, but with creating calm, capacity, and direction.

You’ll get help putting words to:

  • your situation
  • your story
  • your motivation

So you’re left with one clear direction and a simple plan for the next steps — even if you don’t feel ready to “go all in” from day one.
