Insurance claim

Here you can complete your claim form, upload the required documents, and give your consent for us to exchange relevant information with Howden, which is responsible for paying out your Income Protection benefits.

Your consent is required for us to process your claim and share the information Howden needs to make ongoing payments under your Income Protection.

If you choose to submit your claim without giving your consent, we will not be able to process your claim immediately. In that case, please contact us by phone on +45 33 14 90 45.

You need to upload:

Your employment contract – if you submit payslips from more than one employment, you must include the employment contract for each employment.
Your notice of termination – if you submit payslips from more than one employment, you must include the notice of termination for each employment.
Payslips from your 12 highest-paid months within the past 24 months.
