To get benefits, you need to fill in a benefit form each month. You can fill in the benefit form about a week before the end of the month, and we’ll text you when it’s time to fill in the form.
Your benefits will be paid out for a full calendar month and be available on your account on the last banking day of the month.
Deadline for submission of benefit form
You have one month and ten days after the end of the month to submit your benefit form.
Please observe the deadline because we’ll be unable to pay out your benefits after its expiry.
If you submit the benefit form within the deadline, the benefits will be available 3 banking days at the earliest after we have received the benefit form.
